I believe cyba talked about nagato's ressurection right after his attack on konoha
He revived anyone killed by him except jiraiya, because his dead is to long ago, not because he is at th bottom of an ocean

kabuto wasnt able to get some dna for the edo tensei to revive jiraiya

i dont think thats it either.. he revived every1 in the area that he killed with his attack

jiraiya wasnt there at that time and he was probly too far away

also jiraiyas death was necessary for naruto to grow

because that has nothing to do with the discussion that we were dealing with in the first place... i added the remark "not to mention, their resurrections seem to have a time frame in that they have to be revived not too long after their death (hence why jiraiya wasn't revived)"... notice the word seem, it means it's a theory i believe as to the limits of chiyo and nagato's resurrections....in other words, it was something random i threw in to support me argument that people can be "revived" after death, revived to the point where they come back as a mortal human being which further supports my theory that people being reported dead doesn't necessarily mean that they're actually dead.....then you ccome in randomly adding edo tensei, which has no relevance to this discussion at all because there's no way tobi can be someone that kabuto resurrected. not to mention edo tensei's resurrection is completely different from chiyo and nagato's resurrection in so many ways.

what does nagato and chiyo being revived have to do with anything? our original discussion was the identity of tobi... chiyo and nagato can't be tobi, and them being resurrected by edo tensei has nothing to do with anything other than confirming that they can't be tobi.

again, the edo tensei was something totally irrelevant in the first place that you decided to add for no reason that has nothing to do with anything.
