Any other shows like Claymore, Juuni Kokuki and Seirei no Moribito? Female leads, preferably no guns.

Claymore was decent, but I absolutely fell in love with the latter two.

maybe katanagatari, its both a male and female lead but its a great show with minimal guns and good action.
