Edit: Sorry did not notice your family friendly comment. Most of these are going to depend on the audience. Most have a pretty intellectual based story line, may not be the easiest for younger kids to follow or understand.
I've actually heard of almost all of those titles; they always struck me as things I wouldn't enjoy, so I never really was motivated to pick them up. I watched parts of Cowboy Bebop, Ghost in the Shell, and Grave of the Fireflies when I was much younger and they were a put off for me, personally; that kind of stuck to me too, over time.
Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora is one I never heard of; it sounds like it might be nice. Added that to PTW.
