i think its more to do with the fact people are hella intelligent and as soon as they get the slightest info on their enemies abilities they can act accordingly

So far everyone has had the perfect counter to their opponents power
Because these are new characters you've never seen and know nothing about, kubo is able to pull anything out of his ass

If you were to put rukia, ichigo, byakuya, renji, captain commander, hitsugaya, kenpachi, urahara, etc(characters that we know the capabilities of) against that blood guy, none of them would logically win
But this zero guy just so happens to have a blood replenishing power LOL
