I just started reading the manga and checked out the latest 20 or 30, some times it is really hard for me to tell what is actually in a panel.. Like is it an eye with a neck or is it like an explosion or something lol..

Well it did explain part of it, but then again he had a big cart of shit he brought back and it hasn't said who the bodies where so not all of it is clear yet.
