I don't think he will win. Lurichiyo will use rasengan on Amagai, but first ofc 5 mins of flashbacks where she musters the courage and the will to use that technique (Just wait and see) after thinking about how much she's been bitching and not being strong enough, and Ichi-nee always being there to protect her.

Oh, wait. That's Sakura. She'll just cut her hair short and kick Amagai's ass.
