annie claiming someone else's maneuver gear as her own raised some suspicions

does that mean they would've killed annie underground?
did they even know 100% that shes the titan? or did they just gamble?

if anni went down with them, would they have still killed her?

i can bet they wouldn't have killed her.... if they wanted her dead they would've done so when they immobilized her earlier instead of trying to extract her from the titan.. they need her alive for questioning

Does this show ever get good?

I've already watched 3 episodes and I'm not impressed. Mainly, all of the characters have bland cookie cutter personalities and so far I hate all of them. The story isn't unique or compelling at all either.

Only reason I'm watching is because the animation seems really well done.

This is literally the whole story so far.

Giants appeared for no reason and attacked.
Now, a bigger giant appeared for no reason and attacked.

The story is incredibly shallow. I can't imagine it getting significantly deeper.

the first 5 episodes are background and pretty bland.... it gets super epic at episode 6



oh the plot does get so much better.. never judge a book by its cover.

and you're looking at the superficial side of the story.... it's better explained as humanity's downfall. humanity is pushed towards the brink of extinction by unknown entities whose existence and drive remains a mystery...uncovering the mystery of the current world they live in is the story

everything is well explained
