implying there's something wrong with utorrent
the only client that actively reports/drafts shit to anti-piracy lists is the official bitTorrent client -
your isp can see shit and give/not giveafuck regardless of what you do, barring ssl.
but with that you severly limit your connection speed or just outright dick yourself over if the peers arent setup to handle encrypted seeding
tl;dr, depends on your isp, not your client anymore.
isp can still see activity from priv trackers - they're just not indexed by search engines.
ssl xdcc/ftp's gotta be the safest of all available methods atm.
