Rukia was suppose to be a vice captain. But she turned it down. It went over this before the Aizen arc. Thats why she has Bankai and is so OP

still if she was suppose to be vc their are others who were stronger also others who didnt lose their shinigami powers for i dunno a whole lol. also was it pure reiatsu which allowed nodt(?) to break out of her absolute zero? and if so why couldnt he have done the same to what seems like her bankai just increases the radius of absolute zero?

I never said they where apart, they just were not fighting anyone. They said they were training just like Ichigo was so it's only obviously she would train also after the ass kicking Aizen gave to them.

You may be right but again will need to see it otherwise just speculation on when/how she is as powerful as she is. renji ice captain ugh tousens vice captain were said or seen training no one else, unless you wanna tell me that chapter where it was stated everyone was training its just an assumption.

of course since she is about to fight i assume she will get her little flash back and that is all i am waiting for an explanation. canon!

Yes she can be like kensei's SUPER vice captain(she was able to hold her vizard for 15hrs or was it minutes? wait how long can vizards hold their mask for?) and just be amazing and mimic shit from sight only with no training but it needs to be explained!
