We don't know if thats a Shikai or Bankai. It could of been a banakai it took true form.

shes been with kenpachi all along meaning she rarely had a chance to fight as to not ruin ken-chans fun... this is the first time she has done something offensive outside of raise her reiatsu. Im saying from the beginning when did she train she is rarely away from kenpachi

When she met Zarakai and followed him though his fights. (Watching is training.)
The whole time before Ichigo met them.
The time before Kenpachi and her went to fight Aizen, when Ichigo was training to master his hollow.
The full year during the fullbringer arc.
The time when Zarakai was fighting 1st Kenpachi.

Hrm the whole time before ichigo they still had missions but again this whole time and all this time she is with kenpachi and she states she doesnt take away his fun.

Show a snipper of her by herself learning or mastering her techniques otherwise i call bullshit, pfft mental training rofl you still have to do! your body has to keep up with your mind! they are bound to show a flashback and she better be doing shit!

iirc against the 5th espada she claimed ken-chan gets mad when others play with his prey so she must have before! i need a flashback to confirm this!!!

Well yea a flashback is needed. Just saying these are all times when she is not shown with him and could of been training. I mean hell when did Ikkaku learn his bankai? It never did a flashback or a chapter or part of a chapter to explain it just said he was hidinig it.

Ikkaku is a bit different as his whole thing is strength and to remain under kenpachi (not sure if this is until he surpasses him or not either way he has a long road ahead of him lol).

Hrm well with ichigo she was right there to remove him after the fight. So its safe to say she isnt far. I dont remember the others that well. a full year i doubt she wasnt with kenpachi, do you remember the chapter?

When all the captains and vice captains came to fight the fullbringers at the end of the arc she wasn;t there. around chapter 400-450 or so is that arc if i remember right.
