I thought the Anime was meh. Definitely recommend the Manga though. ^^

been watching claymore and i'm really liking it so far, about halfway through

one thing that bugs be though is how they really overuse that whole slice someone with a sword then they explode like 10 seconds afterwards thing

try KOISOME MOMIJI if you havent already, a question to your request is that what exactly are you looking for? nisekoi is quite broad in genres, is it the romance? or the style of the story in which involves gang members? harem? to be honest, in my opinion not that many com/roms out there that match nisekoi

I'll say the same as I did with someone else.

Love Hina and To Love-Ru are very similar. If you take out the ecchi in TLR, it'd be almost the same. Lots of characters can easily be compared to Nisekoi characters.

Story wise, Love Hina is probably closer, due to childhood memories being part of the plot.

I recommend watching Love Hina if you haven't yet first. Great Classic. Just it does have some ecchi as well. (The movies outside of xmas has lots of fanservice though)

Both of them start out like that.

Lala would = Chitoge
Haruna would = Onodera.

in Love Hina

Naru would = Chitoge
Mutsumi would = Onodera
Kanako would = Marika

Cept Love Hina is even more of what you want then. Naru pretty much doesn't get along with MC Easily at all. Same goes with every character around his age (so not including the much 'kids')

Watch/read Love Hina. Im sure you'll like it.
