She is stronger than most shinigami, and could be a vice-captain easily i will agree, but she still is basically dead after taking on arancar #8, who was considered the weakest of the arancar since the only way he had any power was from stealing it from others. and the only reason she even won that battle was by pure accident, in reality. we all know she's still alive somehow, but she might as well have been considered dead after that battle.
