He doesn't plan on it, he said this is his last arc and he retiring from working and starting his family with his wife shorty after the arc started.

No. The story doesn't end there. The quincy arc and there being more evil then just Aizen has been pointed out for a long time. The manga would of sucked if it ended there.

Ok i know bleach has heaven or hell some bullshit but i thought human souls reside outside of soul society so kenpachi his vice his 3rd and his 5th arent they technically dead?

i hate rukia even more.

If you live in the Soul Society yea u have to die 1st in the world of the living or you need to be born in it. So yes they are techically dead since the Soul Society is pretty much Heaven/Hell (Life after death) but they still live on, or get born into it, so no there not dead.
