Agreed. And he has to use a clone to create a normal sized Rasengan that Naruto, Minato, Kakashi, and Jiriaya could hold in 1 hand. Little bitch.

doesn't konohamaru need a shadow clone just to do a rasengan? you'd think the hokage's grandson, who had private instructors, would know how to control his chakras a bit better than naruto
