I dont think he used it other then to power up. His shikai was all he ever used due to arrogance but WHILE in bankai he cannot use complete hypno on anyone who hasnt seen the shikai. It gives complete control of all your sense hence you cant kill him if you have seen his shikai. Its impossible thats why the commander didnt.

2nd is a tie and i actually give the edge to rose's bankai. Aizen has to release that shit around you whereas rose can hide and send the sound to you lol in theory. Had rose kept his mouth shut that dude would have definitely been affected by his final song.
Like gin said he waited over many years just to learn the secret of holding the hilt to remove the effects. rose gave the quincy everything he needed to defeat his bankai lol
speaking of ichgios final mode why the hell cant he spam that and just have those swords filled with reiatsu on deck to become a shinigami again lol
He cant because that final getsuga is ALL his spiritual pressure left thats why after he slowly fades and loses his shinigami powers. Kenpachi's bankai is complete destruction it can blow up the whole planet by just using it. sadly it will never be used.
all the arrancar are arrogant and fall to ignorance except stark. Soi's bankai is amazing i love it
why she refuses to use it is stupid too... x.x
