The show's time slot for a couple weeks is rumored to have been bought out for some other show. Can anyone confirm this?

Also, in defense of the writers, extending it that long will give them even more time to "premake" the newer episodes (continuation of the hueco mundo and such), which means a longer series of new episodes.

Remember that the filler arc was to give the writers more time to advance the manga, because the anime was catching up too quickly to the manga.

I'd rather wait 3 weeks and have a nice long series of new episodes of the main story than wait 2 weeks earlier and have an inconvenient cliffhanger pause during the continuation of the main story.

exactly what this dude said. You guys need to chill the fuck out. I would rather wait like we all did for naruto than have bleach pass the manga and advance the story and make it complete shit like most animes do that pass the manga.

i was implying waiting "three more weeks."

id rather them fill it up with at least something to watch then nothing... theyve already had enough fillers in im sure the manga is done the rescue inoue arc we should at least finish it THEN go into fillers.

they're so damn slow! are they going on vacation or something?

They need to get inspiration for the manga. Combat sport training camps to practise their bankai etc.

It's awesome I think.

It's because brainstorming takes a while.

You can't really always come up with a brilliant idea, that your fellow developers like, in a week, let alone a day.
