there's actually an extremely easy fix to that.

for some reason blizzard didn't do this themselves (theyre probably in with the video card makers and get profits for helping to fry video cards)

add this to your Documents\StarCraft II\Variables file

frameratecap=60
frameratecapGlue=30

Yeah, I have read that AFTER my VGA card got fried.

what brand of 460 did you get? vga = evga? cuz its a pci-e card.
both the msi & evga 1gb 460s got p.high ratings on newegg, but the ppl with bad/faulty cards described the exact same video artification/crashing failure that i couldn't shake with a 280, rma after rma.
wanna upgrade from a 220, but like.. not if its gonna be the exact same pile of hassle all over again, yeah?
gigabyte rma process sucks compared to evga's, takes like twice as long to process too.
dislike ati's driver issues & lack of cuda support to ever bother getting their cards.
