The first season is pretty cool but it's kinda non-consistent. The second season makes more sense.

Endless Eight is one, rather long, arc in the series The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, there are 2 seasons and a movie, EE is in the 2nd season.
I'd recommend it since it's a well known and decent series. The movie, Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya is also slightly time related.

Arata naru Sekai: Mirai-hen not that great imo but it's only a short OVA so maybe you'll enjoy it more than me
Steins;Gate is about time travelling too and it's a really good series imo
Jinrui wa Suitai Shimashita (Humanity has declined) has a time paradog arc like 3 eps long, lots of dialogue though so you may not like it
The Girl Who Leapt Through Time is a decent movie

Finished Phantom: Requiem for Phantoms ...

Sigh, it was good imo. I was just saddened I couldn't have the idea I wanted to happen most, and the end was somewhat predictable, but I was slightly surprised

now to finds something to distract me during finals ..

Honestly I watch a trailer on all of the ones you give me and pick like my fav three and try to download the whole series and watch it.. and thank you for all your advice
however, most of the time i watch it split screen or multitask and basically I need awesome animes that are dubbed, cuz im lazy and so i can do other things..
so if you know any that happen to be then great or where to get dubbed versions then great, if not then thanks again for all your recommendations.

Does anyone know a short shonen that is based on games and just like YGO season 0? I want to know if there is one because I enjoyed the first 7 volumes of the YGO manga. Any suggestings?

I just remember it was a good show, I was stuck at 10-12 for a bit earlier this semester but I decided to go ahead and finish it up.
