i have a prediction for this anime

at one point

eren is going to have to make a really hard decision

the choice is either going to be kill mikasa while killing a really crucial titan, or keeping mikasa alive and letting his prey and goal go away



he's going to keep mikasa alive because he ultimately realizes that family and love can be more important than selfish ambitions at times


and then eren will fall in love with mikasa, marry, and fuck, and then have babies

in order for it to be a choice, there must be options.... i don't think i've ever seen any anime where they would rather let someone die than to let villain go.

it would be a choice!

like lets say he finds the titan who ate his mom. that titan evolved into something crazy.

he fights him, but then in some kind of turn of events, the choice comes that he can either kill the titan along with mikasa, or let him go, thereby keeping mikasa alive also


and i am saying that he will keep mikasa alive and not become obsessed to the point he would kill mikasa



although, if he actually does kill mikasa (i am sure mikasa wouldn't complain becuz she thinks of eren as everything to her), then that would truly be mindblowing and the anime would've taken a turn i would never have guessed



although that would be good too, i love mikasa too much pls don't die

or let's say there came a time where he had to choose between saving only mikasa or saving like 500 soldiers / civilians

or saving mikasa only or saving the whole humanity



or............

saving mikasa or saving armin

holy fuck

this anime has so much potential i love it

not a choice... no main character will choose to kill a villain vs saving the life of a dear "friend"

i know what you mean but what if there was a specific circumstance that made it hard to decide

or something that just makes him go insane mode and can't think straight just like when he became a titan trying to move the boulder and ended up attacking her instead

it could happen
