What evidence does anyone have that Tobi isn't Madara? I'm not trying to argue for the sake of arguing, but I'm not sure if I missed anything.

doesnt matter.....the impure res. technique revives the soul into an artificial body (made of earth iirc)

the body is created with all the same abilities and characteristics as when the revived person was in his prime. when itachi was in his prime he had his ems, therfore when he was revived he still had his ems. when nagato was in his prime he had rinnegan and an atrophied body which is how he came back when revived.

all that being said, sasori doesnt make sense to me. his body was a puppet when he was in his prime and when you are revived you dont come back with your ninja tools and puppets are tools.....
