to scare a guy with both the mangekyou sharingan and the rinnegan, im pretty sure theres not many people except the Rikudo Sennin who could be in that coffin
or maybe someone that's not been introduced in the story yet, but that's very unlikely

just rethought about it, it's probably madara himself in that coffin
that would make a lot of sense

here's another possibility.. zetsu transformed himself into one of the village elders or one very influential person in this war that we know of after tobi killed them and kabuto has the corpse of that person inside the coffin. so if he revealed that corpse, it'd change everything.
