I don’t usually pick favorites in anime. But my all time “Go to” show has always been Great Teacher Onizuka. (Currently re-watching Gintama, though.)

Definitely top 10 of all time. Hunter x Hunter is no where near the level Yu Yu Hakusho was and I have no clue why people think it is. Also far and away my favorite.

original naruto, not a fan of shippuden.

nothing really comes close to naruto for me. there are plenty of animes like cowboy bebop that i love but they are so short to the point where its like an hbo miniseries and idk if you'd compare a miniseries to something like breaking bad or something with far more runtime.

the first 100 some episodes of naruto were just so entertaining. and it isn't too cheesy with big titties running around everwhere and borderline epstein behavior. haku/zabuza, the chūnin exams, and so on... it was such a ride. no other show has come even close to giving me the feeling that naruto did.

What animes do you have in your top 10?

For me Yu Yu, Death Note, HxX, Jujutsu Kaisen, Demon Slayer, Detective Conan, Bleach, DBZ, My Hero Academia, and Attack on Titan

Yu Yu Hakusho is definitely one of the greatest.
Also mentioned this in my previous post here, Yu Yu Hakusho was released (1990) before anime hype got picked up in the west, that is probably why less people know about it. Also I don't think most people would want to watch an old anime when there are so many new ones to choose from.

Recommend anime lovers to give it a try, you wouldn't regret it.

Yes, I think anime character designs have many similarities in each decade.

In 1990, there was Arslan Senki which was a great anime too at that time... Did you watch that one ?
