my program takes a text file of names and produces the randomized list of people who get sigs from who (prints it to the console, anyway)

I had to use a hashmap and a bitmap...shit was more intense than I thought. I definitely over-complicated it.


edit: I'll figure out who I want to award the 1kfg to later. Two random people will get 250 fg, because no sig made me laugh.
