My guess is that the game pulls the world from the competitor's mind. I doubt they actually knew of Tokyo. Can't wait to see next week!

Hmm, interesting theory.. But it seems odd when you go back to them challenging the war beasts a couple episodes ago. They already figured out it was some kind of video game at the point.

Most of the images shown were of arcades, so my guess it's some kind of machine that teleports the conscience to Earth which is the land of video gaming

I like your idea, but kind of makes it seem like the game the War Beasts thought up works against them.. Home Field advantage kind of thing.. From their reactions, maybe it brings to life your weakness and forces you to play the game in that state of mind? They are afraid of the real world after all xD

that seems even less likely.
The whole weakness and build the world from that seems pretty likely, they could have just happened to make the game look like Tokyo out of luck too.


If they new of Earth i'm pretty sure they they would have been less surprised about when they first talked, they would have known such people existed already.
