It's the site. Instead of getting it from egscans they most likely got it from mangapirate in the beginning.
Other sites had the same problem but fixed it after

I think it's just to inform us that he's being controlled but the others just see his eyes as normal.
Don't quote me on that though lol

no i am pretty sure thats what it is i was just being facetious cause they used something so silly and what should be seen by the characters in the actual manga
