Just finished this show FINALLY. Loved season 1 + 2 but season 3 was kind of random and forced at times.

One thing is bugging me that I somehow must have missed, what was Rammie's wish the entire time? Why did he turn into that girl?

Season 3 was meh for me, totally out of the blue and totally avoidable fights imo, however they did a great job of really tying up every loose end. The last episode made the entire season. S3 really seemed to step up the music, many more fights, better animation at least. Feel like many things were poorly explained, makes me want to read the novels. I also saw someone saying the novels go further and talk about Yuji and Shana in the new world.

But wtf was Rammies wish the entire time?

Edit: AHH I figured out what it was. Dont remember it really being explained in the first two seasons, but it was the picture that she never got to see which was drawn for her. I am now satisfied lol.

I finally got around to watching it. It was an interesting feeling. I spend 23.75 episodes irritated with the complete lack of explanation on top of the fact that the flame haze's decision seemed to make no sense whatsoever. Ultimately, the ending was pleasant if not a bit cliche, but I needed to force myself to get there.

season 3 was fucking boring and didn't make sense.
the whole reason the flame haze's went to war against the denizens for the creation of xanadu was because there was a slight *CHANCE* that it could destroy the planet, and ended up not doing that
so the flame haze's went out to war, many died for literally no reason
poorly thought out conclusion to the anime, only reason i watched was because i wanted to see the obvious ending of shana and yuuji ending up together. season 2 was epic though imo
season 3 lame.

if they came out with a 4th i would watch it because despite the awfulness of season 3, shakugan no shana is still my favorite anime.





Also i don't like how shana stopped saying urusai urusai urusai in season 3, that was spicy.
