Lol damn from what you've read comparing to what i've read most seem pretty similar so it seems i have not read enough to be able to recommend many >.<
For manga, I'd say you should read Great Teacher Onizuka (lol i'd rec this to anyone) it has quite a bit of action and comedy, and a tiny bit of romance i guess
You might not like the art style at first, but I got used to it after a while =P
Elemental Galade is similar to the action style you like (shounen) but it's pretty new and hasn't had THAT many chapters out yet so maybe I'd wait a while before starting this
Last one I can think of that fits action/adventure/comedy is Mai-HiMe. Manga's not anything special, so I'd put this at the end of your to do list, but it's only 44 chapters so easy to finish
Anime suggestions:
Cowboy Bebop - Action, Adventure, some comedy. I would say this is a must see for all anime watchers interested in exciting anime =P
Eureka Seven - Action, Adventure, some comedy. <- lol same thing again. really good anime, gets you really into it, though becomes confusing near the end
