well we dont really know though
we only saw tobi talk to kekashi for like 2 seconds we haven't any idea whats been going on with him
plus what about that 1 eyed mask how do you explain that?
and tobi seems like he is the type to not take things seriously as far as ive seen
and the line he said like "ive got the power of madara uchiha" or whatever it was leads me to think he isn't madara at all
