Indeed, if it could also bring back the amount of chapters that miura used to release per year instead of the 2 years hiatus or the 2 chapters relased per year. That would be the cherry on the cake

I would fucking murder someone for a correctly done Berserk. I still can't believe how horribly they fucked up the last one. It absolutely blows my mind that they haven't figured this shit out. Okay guys, we've got this epic series, with some of the best source material imaginable, the fan-base is established, and everyone is hungry for it, so we know it'll make money, maybe we should give it to the fans? Okay, yes, but I've got some ideas. What if we change the source material and make it worse? Then we try testing out a new form of animation that looks like a low-budget netflix show made in India for 4 yr-olds? That might just work, FUND IT!!!!

Well if i remember it was crunchyroll who paid a lot and asked for a studio with a director that had worked on some shitty animes in the past. The three things i remember the most are the awful sound effects (they hired this guy to do the sound effects in opm season 2), the piss poor animation and how they butchered some of the characters

Im pretty confident that netflix will do the anime with how much it garnered attention each time they did something linked to berserk. The fact that one of their employee openly said that he would love to do this anime and now that they dont have the rights to anything related to marvel gives more budget to invest in some.anime series. They putted the golden age arc movies on their platform, they tease berserk fans and they now are associated with dark horse comics to produce more content for their platform. I would be surprised if in less than 12 months it get announced that a berserk anime will be produced by netflix. Tbh if they could get the dream team from opm season 1 or the same studio that produce aot my balls would be blown off to the moon

This is relevant to me interests.

Its relevant to every fan of mature anime. To be honest i dont know any other mature anime that comes close to berserk in term of storytelling.

Get mad all you want, I tried watching it several times and it’s just terrible garbage.

There are others, Death Note, Monster, Steins Gate etc... but ya, Berserk is a masterpiece and I'd be beyond ecstatic if they ever did it right.

Indeed they are all great but i still consider berserk way above by how the story is told
Bebop is probably the other one that i consider to be on par with berserk
