That's my main concern as well. If the plot is still as amazing and funny, I'll be happy.

i still know how the last fight in season 1 gave me goosebumps because of the crazy badass animation fight.
guess one punch man will never be like that again..

Should maybe give it a chance before automatically assuming it's going to be awful. DBS is a prime example of a show where the animation looked terrible, but then they increased the quality exponentially for the fights that mattered.

It sucks if the quality really has dropped significantly, but it's possible the finished product will look better than what we've seen and it's also possible that the fights will be much better animated than the non-action scenes we've got thus far.

All just need to take a big deep breath. The humor, script and the amazing characters are what make OPM special. The dope as fuck animation was just a huge bonus, but it's not a make or break thing for me.

Its still good but its not on the level of season 1. Its now an average anime

Strongly disagree.

The animation still looks solid, couple parts here and there that seemed odd, but as long as the story/humor remains as good as it was in the 1st season, OPM will continue to be one of my favorites.

Several better fights in the manga. Be patient.

Also, at least the animation didn't take a turn for the worst like Berserk did or My Sister, My Writer. (at least the plot made me want to watch through Berserk anyways)

It misses something. It dosent have the same feel to it that made each episode incredible. The music is really inferior to the first season thats my 2 cents. The action is still pretty good tbh but we will see as it progress during this 2nd season

Idk how berserk just flopped on funding so much.
I'd have thought they would have enough funds to animate that shit properly. Oh well.
It's not an issue with it being cgi but how they just scraped by with certain things.

idk, to me it still carries the same great vibe, I am pretty satisfied with it, plus they wont blow their load on an epic battle in the first episode
