They're never really together... since it's a fucking anime, and that's how shit works.
Show turns to shit, he spends his time playing a different game where some guy is killing people in real life, when he kills them in the game. It's got good visuals, but it's shit, and ofc it doesn't matter since the stakes are gone, and since for w/e reason, no rules apply to him at all of any game, he's just God... which gets pretty fucking stupid after 30+ episodes.
