There are none all predictable with typical "time" problems, Usually drop a show when these kind've arcs pop up just to much of a all for nothing feeling, steins gate was meh, to predictable highly overrated, Girl who lept through time was better actually had a surprise but no rewatch value what so ever, time anime it's like watching the movie sixth sense right after watching sixth sense.

that would fall more under the adventure genre
your space anime with time travel would most likely to correlate with mecha genre, and normally mecha genre is linear and revolves around one concept most likely drama based.
for exploration i would definately watch the kino no tabi series (exploration/drama)

for time distortion my personal favorite and probably one of the best anime i've ever enjoyed goes to
Soukou no strain (drama).

others relevant
Noein: Mou Hitori no Kimi e (time travel/action/shonen)
Mushishi (exploration)
Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica (time travel/drama)

steins gate is relevant as well but stupid as shet (time travel, comedy)

irrelevant to anime
Stargate series
The langoliers

I really liked Mahoi Shoujo Madoka Magica (called Madoka Magica on Netflix) I think there is both sub/dub versions of it too.
