Not entirely confirmed just yet. However the creators have confirmed that it will have a closer feel to Fate/Zero, however it will not be a direct sequel of Fate/Zero. They have also stated they have turned Shiro into a more legitimate protagonist this time.

so far its turning out better than fate/stay zero

but i like that little shy/romantic version of saber alot more.
