I just got finished with the anime and I want more. Yes, I know the anime started again. I just want to read it and also I heard there is more blood in the manga so should I read the manga or just wait weakly for new anime episodes?

As such i've been in this position before. Specifically with naruto. Just couldnt stand 1 particularly bad filler arc, so i read ahead. And ever since the show has felt dulled, it's been years now and the anime is just barely getting to where i left off. The story drawn out from week to week kept me excited with anticipation. I'm kinda getting it back now that we caught up but then theres another filler. Anyway, i guess my point is that, the show can be exciting for years or you can read an exciting manga for a couple days and watch something you know the ending to for years.
