Personally I don't watch the anime if I've read the manga. Unless the anime was released before the manga/stuff is somewhat different.
For angel beats I'd watch the anime then maybe read the manga. Since Angel Beats was released light novel,anime, then manga.
For attack on titan, imo you're better off watching the anime, then reading it after. The manga quality is pretty bad while the anime is well done.

Angel beats is good I would definitely suggest watching it.

Also check out guilty crown and mirai Nikki both were good imo.
