they key things i remember was a villain with wings a red mask blonde hair

they looked for these items one was a boot, another a kindove pendant they got from this underwater society or some society involving water

and some retarded prince dude who would send 2 morons in a golden lion headed shaped ship to find these items

no idea how many episodes. i remember watching it during the whole fox kids showing back in the late 90s or early 2000s.

i would say its animation is kindove like fairy tale.
