Deen didn't want to censor it too much and as such, no one wanted to broadcast it.
They announced few days ago that it would air on NicoNico ( the youtube of Japan ) but no set date as of yet.
As expected of DEEN, keep on piling the failures yo.
isn't that just what people are going with since there hasn't been any word, other than another PV saying it's still set for this Fall.
it's been set to stream on Niconico since last month (not really a few days ago)
