No problem, the manga is so much better then the anime, if your want to start it, start from the begining imo. And now that she's gave birth to her kid she will be making new chapters like crazy, even though it's in a monthly jump theres always a lot of pages per chapter so it's no disappointment when it comes out.This wouldn't be spam. Story is probably modified in anime, so it's a good idea to start from the beginning. (just like Claymore, lol)
