Never read the manga but i thought the anime briefly described that he was defeated by Abraham Van Helsing and consequently became a servant to the Helsing family

There are 8 episodes out dubbed so far
The last 2 will come out some time later this year (in like 6+ months)

I have been waiting for this to finish before starting it and I really want to watch it all dubbed so not sure if I should wait for the last 2 episodes of just watch the first 8 and the last 2 subbed (and then later when they come out dubbed)
Can't wait to listen to Crispin Freeman as Alucard

Anybody else think the story kinda lame. People just betraying each other just for a chance to kill hellsing.
