So many different dialects.... It's hard to tell. Sometimes X = Hs as opposed to Sh.

true, I'm learning the standard/official manadarin chinese, and I asumed he wanted a it pronounced that way

Sichuan has its own dialect, but I'm not sure how pronounciation works there :/

They do speak the standard mandarin chinese there too though, since it's official all over China

like Jin? on jinh? but with a slight "sh" sound? iono how to type that in pronunciation lol
