Have watched 3 episodes of Afro Samurai already. It is pretty good. Going to watch the last 2 tonight.

they only dislike death note because it is mainstream

in all reality it is actually a really good show

anyway action and story animes you may like

one piece ( better then naruto and bleach)
code geass
durarara ( less fights but a good story and still has enough action to probably keep you satisfied)
baccano (same as durarara mostly about the story but has enough action that you wont get bored with just talking)

you know what the coolest part of death note was?

the first 3 episodes

that's it. everything else goes downhill.

there are actually a lot of things that you can dislike about death note
but i wouldnt say it was bad

death note is the shit


anyone who says otherwise just likes mangas with predictable main characters and shitty power ups
