isn't manga and anime two different things? if so, how can manga be a form of anime

most anime that are based on manga have a habit of excluding content (especially those based on manga that is currently being released), but aside from that, anime > manga

manga is only useful to further your self int he story

most anime are based on manga. the original ideas from the author are from the manga.

yes i know that just had a problem understanding how some ppl goes completely apeshit over the manga and says the anime sucks and whatnot, imo no matter how good the story is, black/white drawings with texts like "SRFFFFFFFZ!!" or "KAPOOOOOM!" "UARRGHHHHH!!" as 'sound effects' i just can't take seriously

well i still read the manga for both naruto and fairy tail. gotta say i dropped the anime for both lol... lots get lost in translation and you end up being disappointed more often than not

the black and white gives me cancer too, if there were some colors in manga i might of liked it better
