How to find out in what world are we living? is there only a god? lucifer? or its like in anime like bleach? there are shinigami and other things.. When that cell is unable to work anymore you are gone until that cell becomes the main brain cell again.
If that cell is part of another part of the body, it is useless like skin on your body.
