@OP: It's a good anime, but the majority can't fully appreciate it because they don't like realism in their anime.
This. I liked the plot twist, and it's fine to go through 11 episodes of setting up the story for that finale. It was a simple anime, but quite disturbing. 8/10

I was able to read this at work today (yes, there is that much spare time) and the manga was really different than what was described above. Frankly, the manga sucked. It wasn't much more than a 5/10 story that had a shocking and messed up ending.
Chapter 1 - Male admires Bitch #2, who is shy, reserved and beautiful, from a distance and is too much of a pussy to do anything about it. Bitch #1, his eccentric, forceful and outgoing friend, helps Male get together with Bitch #2 by the end of the chapter.
Chapter 2 - Male and Bitch #2's relationship is awkward. Bitch #1 begins to feel jealous.
Chapters 3-9 - Bitch #1's feelings for Male grow and he struggles to juggle his feelings between the two bitches through a series of uneventful occurances and awkwardness. Yawn.
Chapter 10 - Bitch #2 sees Male and Bitch #1 sharing a kiss on the rooftop. Male and Bitch #1 are unaware.
Chapter 11 - Bitch #2 hasn't been to school in days and Male is further confused over his feelings. Then Bitch #2 shows up on the rooftop with Bitch #1 and Male and in a calm manner, tells Bitch #1 to simply die and tries to stab her with an awkward meat cleaver. Male saves Bitch #1, takes the cut in her stead, and ends up in the hospital for a week.
Chapter 12 - Bitch #2 hasn't been to school in days and Male's friends are all visiting him in the hospital. Then Bitch #1 arrives and everyone leaves. Then Male receives a call from Bitch #2's sister saying that she's been cut, motionless, and the blood won't stop. Then, Bitch #1 calmly and insanely explains that Bitch #2 couldn't be trusted with Male and that she'll have him instead. Then the story just ends.
So, turns out that Bitch #1 was more of a psychopath than Bitch #2 and ended up killing her. There, if you wanted to read this story, I can guarantee you that my synopsis of it here will be more entertaining. You're welcome.
More/Less accurate. The only difference was mainly just the last chapter where the ending was different, which I took a look into. However, the anime's ending was preferred, even though it was fucked up and I liked Sekai
