I read Ichigo 100% at the last few months of my High School. I felt so sad after reading it

umm
after about mid way through death note when a certain person dies ( no spoilers) I felt sad because I could see the show actaully start doing worst
and when I caught up in one piece and realized I actaully had to wait a week for every episode I was quite sad
and beezlebub when they gave us that shitty ending because the anime got cancelled was pretty sad aswell
and gintama

Sometimes it's sad to finish an anime when you really enjoy it, I have even put off the last couple episodes before because you don't want it to end and don't think you will find one as good after.

Onani master kurowsawa/welcome to the nhk were the only mangas that made me feel this though. Anime-wise probs only angel beats cause im a fag at heart.

I watched NANA and also read the manga. I followed it since its first serialization in the US.
Do you know how it feels to have a mangaka go on hiatus at such a crucial point of a manga? I thought that the hiatus wouldn't be long but I was wrong.

i'd say that I get that feeling mostly in manga, and they have to have good endings. If the ending is meh, then you dont get the feeling. Also, I get the feeling for something i've followed for years, or something that is super long in general.
Happened for:
FMA
Suzuka
DBZ (last episode of GT made me feel like my childhood ended)
Bakuman
CG
onani
toradora
akumetsu
sanctuary
etc.

you didnt like cg's ending?
i thought it was a more impactful ending, compared to all the mangas that dont really 'end' per say

It was just stupid, that shuu didnt die, it would have been a heroic death
