I have the ps3 media server, I just don't have an ethernet cable long enough to connect it from my computer to my PS3. It's a pretty nice software.

EDIT: I would also like to point out that I'm an idiot for not playing with freemake video converter. You can actually turn the subtitles on and off like this



and that way it will copy it perfectly. Thank you all for your other helpful posts!
