Why does there need to be another sub forum for a whole 15-20 people? And what will stop people that read manga from continuing to post spoilers in the anime threads?

i know it seems kind of redundant but most ongoing anime series have an ongoing manga that it originates from which can confuse and spoil plots for some people.
Nearly all of the ongoing threads for anime and manga are clearly marked. The people that go into the wrong thread are already confused or have some lack of reading comprehension.
