I'll tell you a bit more about it since I am also a Kaze fan and HIGHLY recommend Shakugan no Shana

supernatural yes, elemental yes ( fire mainly, but not limited to that it's just the main characters specialty ) some comedy and subtle romance is the undertone of the entire show.

there are 2 seasons out 24 episodes each 4 OVA episodes and 4 other ''special'' episodes plus all the shana-tan episodes they are all kinda like OVA episodes so you could say there are 15 OVA episodes..

there is also a movie all tho the movie is just the first half or so of season 1 in a nutshell with a little bit extra.

and as I said season 3 is airing and is up to episode 16 with new episodes every Friday at 10 am ( Japanese time ) they are always subbed within 24 hours

so there is enough content to keep you busy for a while :)

Haven't seen Shana but Kaze no Stigma is just plain dull imo.
