Maybe Satan, funny but decisive in the battle against Buu...
I really like A17 and Piccolo for giving me the most interesting and balanced fight in DBZ
And I really like Gohan for his fight against Cell, the part when he turns into SSJ2 is my favourite in the whole anime.
Vegeta is awesome too both as a good guy and a bad guy... and I wish there was more than justa couple of episodes about Vejito.
I also really like Tao Pai Pai, but he doesn't appear in DBZ (unless you count a couple of filler episodes before the cell games)
