Subbed is the best, mainly for 3 reasons: original voices ftw, no risk of watching something censored, and even though the words chosen might not always be the best, they don't change meanings or details like some dubs do.
I personaly grew up watching dubbed anime, I can remember watching it on my local tv during the early 90's ever since I was 3. I watched Dragon Ball (+Z/GT), Ranma, Captain Tsubasa, Kinnikuman, Detective Conan, Doraemon, and many more, dubbed during those years. As I grew up, I watched anime dubbed in diferent languages I could understand (I've watched up to 8 diferent dubs for Dragon Ball, lol) and also some subbed anime. I realized some countries are way better than others at dubbing and some dubs are actually very good, but in general many dubs are far behind the original work. In any case, no matter how good the dub, they are never as good as the original, even if I prefer watching some of those old shows dubbed to please my nostagic side, japanese+subs is the best. It's the same as when you watch a movie, to grasp 100% of the art work you've got to watch it the way it was orginally done.
